GUIDED
BY PERSONAL
EXPERIENCE
Our founder, IULIIA BAZHAN, was diagnosed on the autism spectrum at age four and was given a discouraging prognosis. Through consistent effort, informed choices, and coordinated support, her path led to profound positive change.
This lived experience is the cornerstone of our mission.
The foundation is built upon a personal journey of transformation.
THAT IS WHY SHE IS SO SENSITIVE TO CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DIFFERENCES TODAY: SHE REMEMBERS WHAT IT FEELS LIKE TO DO WHAT PEOPLE SAY IS IMPOSSIBLE — TO FAIL, LEARN AND KEEP GOING UNTIL IT WORKS.
With a diagnosis, Iuliia entered mainstream kindergarten and later a mainstream school. Many thought it was unrealistic.
HOW WE
SUPPORT
We provide a structured, independent pathway for families, integrating key stages of support:
assessment
Gaining a clear, holistic understanding of a child’s strengths, challenges and needs through structured intake and observation.
Personalised Planning
Developing a tailored support plan that combines educational and daily-life strategies aligned with the child’s profile.
Care
Coordination
Coordinating communication between families, educators and the child’s providers to support a consistent approach across settings.
Independent
Family Guidance
Offering independent, unbiased guidance, not tied to any single clinic or method, to help families make informed decisions.
AWARENESS PROJECT:
AUTISM THROUGH TALENT
A photo exhibition created in collaboration with a well-known photographer, presenting autistic individuals through the lens of talent, creativity, and personal narrative.
Autism is part of many public stories — in science, art, media and sport. A few individuals have chosen to speak about it openly. Their lived examples show that a different mind isn’t a deficit — it’s raw material for creativity, skill, and impact.
THE PROJECT AIMS TO SHIFT PUBLIC PERCEPTION FROM STEREOTYPES AND PITY TO GENUINE RESPECT AND RECOGNITION.
